On the ground floor of two different buildings there are meeting rooms that are equipped with simultaneous translation equipment, video projectors, DVD readers, and lighted screens. The "Lasallianum" building has two large rooms available for use: one seats 120 persons and the other seats 60 persons. The CIL building has a room with seating for 80 persons.
In addition to these rooms, there are other meeting rooms of varying sizes, ideal for group work.
In both buildings, there is a TV room and a computer room. In the Lasallianum there is, in addition, a left- luggage service, drinks distributor, TV and a connection for PC use.
In the CIL building there is a chapelwith seating for 100 persons.
All rooms are air-conditioned.
